This disease will cause appetite loss, vomiting, fever and diarrhea. Sometimes this contagious infection will lead to the death of laperm kittens. Hence it is essential to inoculate them with this vaccination. Viral rhinotracheitis is another infectious disease that affects the respiratory organs of the kitten. This infection will show the symptoms of eye inflammation, fever and sneezing. When this infection or disease is noted it will cause some discharge from their eyes and nose. Laperm kittens can be prevented from this infection by giving them the FVR vaccination.

Calicivirus is another serious respiratory infection that affects the laperm kitten. The symptom of this disease is also similar to viral rhinotracheitis infection. But when unnoticed this Calicivirus infection may lead to the problem tongue ulcers. So it is vital to inject them with the vaccination FVC. Chlamydia is another vaccination that is inoculated to prevent them ocular and other respiratory infections. This infection is caused by Chlamydia felis bacteria. This usually causes pink eye in the cat which is due to the eye inflammation and discharge from the eye. Chlamydia is one of the laperm kitten vaccinations that help in preventing the upper respiratory diseases. Other kinds of general vaccinations for rabies, leukemia and bordatella have to be vaccinated to the laperm kittens in order to prevent them from these contagious and dangerous infections.
